SARAH HAVENif it's in your heart, it shows in your spirit Why don't you introduce yourself? Hi, guys. I'm Sarah and I'm one of the cheerleading coaches here at Arcadia Hills.
How long have you been in Arcadia Hills? Do you like Arcadia Hills? I was born, bred and raised here in Arcadia Hills. Go Wildcats! After taking a short sojurn at the University of Kansas, I've finally come home to raise a family and teach the next generation of Arcadia Hills students.
How long have you been teaching? About a year, more or less. I'm only 25, so you'll have to give me a little bit of a break.
What do you like to do when you're not at the school? When I'm not cheering or teaching girls how to cheer, I'm usually thinking up of new cheers, new stunts or just basically doing anything I can to make sure that we are B-E-S-T best. I also sub here at the school, at the community center and wherever I'm needed. Usually it's for one of Miss Limon's projects.
Do you see potential in these students? Are they the future of America? Duh. I wouldn't be here otherwise!
What is the hardest lesson you've ever had to learn? Not everybody likes a good cheerleader. If you're obnoxious enough, you'll have more than one beverage poured over your head!
Thank you for your time. I'm glad we had the time to sit down and talk. Glad I could catch you for a few minutes!
